चिन्हित मार्ग से अतिक्रमण हटाकर तत्काल कार्य प्रारम्भ करने के दिए निर्देश

कलेक्टर श्री पी.एस. एल्मा ने आज राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग में निर्माणाधीन सड़क एवं पुल-पुलिया के निर्माण कार्यों का जायजा लेते हुए निर्धारित समय-सीमा में गुणवत्तापूर्ण कार्य करने के लिए परियोजना निदेशक को निर्देश दिए। संबलपुर से श्यामतराई के बीच कतिपय जगहों पर अतिक्रमण हटाकर तत्काल कार्य प्रारम्भ कराने के लिए उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया।

कलेक्टर ने आज सुबह 10.00 बजे से राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग क्रमांक-30 पर ग्राम कोंडापार से कोड़ेबोड़ तथा कोड़ेबोड़ से धमतरी तक, उसके बाद संबलपुर से श्यामतराई तक निर्माणाधीन सड़कों तथा पुल-पुलियों का सघन निरीक्षण कर संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए। इस दौरान उन्होंने ग्राम कोड़ेबोड़, चरमुड़िया मोड़, छाती पुल तथा संबलपुर में चल बनाई जा रही सड़कों का स्थल निरीक्षण भी किया। संबलपुर से श्यामतराई तक निर्माणाधीन बाइपास मार्ग के निरीक्षण के दौरान कतिपय जगहों पर अब तक अतिक्रमण नहीं हटने पर नाराजगी जाहिर करते हुए कलेक्टर ने तत्काल कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश प्रोजेक्ट डायरेक्टर को दिए। इसके अलावा कलेक्टर ने सड़कों व पुल-पुलिया के निर्माण में किसी तरह की लापरवाही नहीं बरतने तथा गुणवत्ता एवं निर्धारित समय-सीमा का विशेष ध्यान रखते हुए निर्माण कार्य को गति देने के लिए निर्देशित किया।

उल्लेखनीय है कि रायपुर-धमतरी फोरलेन चौड़ीकरण परियोजना की कुल लंबाई 72 किलोमीटर है जिसे दो खण्डों में रायपुर से कोड़ेबोड़ तक 33 किलोमीटर 304 करोड़ रूपए की लागत से तथा कोड़ेबोड़ से धमतरी तक 38.8 किलोमीटर तक 356.66 करोड़ रूपए की लागत से तैयार किया जाना है। परियोजना निदेशक ने बताया कि जिले में कुल 50.709 किलोमीटर सड़क का निर्माण किया जाना है जिसमें से 11.25 कि.मी. धमतरी बाईपास सम्मिलित है। उन्होंने बताया कि पैकेज-1 के तहत जिले में 11.9 किमी. तथा पैकेज दो के तहत कुल 38.809 किलोमीटर सड़क का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। भौतिक प्रगति की जानकारी देते हुए बताया गया कि पैकेज-1 अंतर्गत निर्माण कार्य की पूर्णता का प्रतिशत 68.75 है जबकि पैकेज-2 में 48.5 प्रतिशत निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण हो चुका है। उन्होंने बताया कि मौजूदा सड़क का फोरलेन चौड़ीकरण कार्य माह जून 2022 तक तथा रायपुर धमतरी परियोजना का सम्पूर्ण फोरलेन सड़क का निर्माण कार्य दिसम्बर 2022 तक पूर्ण करने का लक्ष्य है। इस अवसर पर उपप्रबंधक राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण श्री वैभव गोयल, तकनीकी प्रबंधक श्री अभिनव सिंह, मेसर्स जीकेसी प्रोजेक्ट लिमिटेड के उपाध्यक्ष श्री के.व्ही. राव सहित एसडीएम कुरूद श्री डी.सी. बंजारे, एसडीएम धमतरी श्री विभोर अग्रवाल सहित संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारी-कर्मचारी उपस्थित थे।
