बिलासपुर। हाईकोर्ट ने राज्य शासन को नोटिस भेज प्रदेशभर के आर्य समाज मंदिरों के मामले में नीति बनाने का आदेश दिया है। शिकायतकर्ता ने कोर्ट में याचिका लगाकर आर्य समाज मंदिरों में घंटे भर में शादी किए जाने का मामला उठाया था।
याचिका में कहा गया था कि प्रदेश में 104 आर्य समाज मंदिर अधिकांश के पास रजिस्ट्रेशन नहीं है। याचिकाकर्ता ने याचिका में मानव तस्करी की भी आशंका जताई है। शिकायत के बाद कोर्ट ने राज्य शासन को नोटिस भेजकर प्रदेशभर के आर्य समाज मंदिरों के बारे में जानकारी जुटाने के साथ एक नई नीति बनाने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
