रायपुर छत्तीसगढ़ राज्यसभा चुनाव के लिए छत्तीसगढ़ से कांग्रेस उम्मीदवार फूलो देवी नेताम और केटीएस तुलसी ने शुक्रवार को अपना नामांकन दाखिल किया। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल सहित, मंत्रिमंडल के सदस्य और प्रदेश कांग्रेस प्रभारी पीएल पुनिया मौजूद रहे। भाजपा के चुनाव नहीं लड़ने की घोषणा के बाद से ही दोनों ही उम्मीदवारों को निर्विरोध निर्वाचित होना तय है। आज नामांकन दाखिल करने का अंतिम दिन है। वहीं 26 मार्च को परिणामों की घोषणा की जाएगी।
छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा में सदस्यों की संख्या देख मतदान की संभावना कम
छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा में सदस्यों की संख्या को देखते हुए भाजपा ने पहले ही खुद को चुनाव से बाहर कर लिया था। प्रदेश में 15 सालों तक सत्ता में रही भाजपा बहुमत के आधार पर तीन सीटों पर कब्जा करती रही, जबकि दो सीटों से लगातार कांग्रेस के प्रतिनिधियाेंको भेजा जाता रहा है। इस बार विधानसभा में भाजपा के सदस्यों की संख्या इतनी नहीं है कि वो एक सीट भी बचा सके। ऐसे मेें बाकी तीनों सीटें भी भाजपा के हाथ से जा सकती हैं।
एक पूर्व सॉलिसिटर जनरल, दूसरी आदिवासी नेता
कांग्रेस आलाकमान ने राज्यसभा उम्मीदवार के तौर पर जिन दो नामों पर मुहर लगाई है, उनमें एक आदिवासी नेता हैं, तो दूसरे देश के पूर्व अतिरिक्त सॉलिसिटर जनरल रह चुके हैं। छत्तीसगढ़ के पिछले और आदिवासी बाहुल्य इलाके बस्तर से आने वाली फूलो देवी नेताम पहले विधायक रह चुकी हैं। वे वर्तमान में प्रदेश महिला कांग्रेस की अध्यक्ष भी हैं। वहीं केटीएस तुलसी सुप्रीम कोर्ट के वरिष्ठ वकील और देश के पूर्व अतिरिक्त सॉलिसिटर जनरल हैं।
छत्तीसगढ़ में राज्यसभा के लिए दो सीट 9 अप्रैल को खाली हो रही है। इनमें से एक सीट कांग्रेस के मोतीलाल वोरा और दूसरी भाजपा के रणविजय सिंह जूदेव की है। वहीं जून 2022 में दो सीट फिर रिक्त होंगी। इसमें भाजपा और कांग्रेस के पास एक-एक सीट है। भाजपा के हिस्से वाली 5वीं सीट अप्रैल 2024 में खाली होगी। राज्य की 90 सदस्यीय विधानसभा में कांग्रेस के 69 सदस्य हैं। वहीं, भाजपा के 14, बसपा के 2 और जकांछ के 5 सदस्य हैं।

25 फरवरी को जारी हुई थी चुनाव को लेकर अधिसूचना
राज्यसभा चुनाव को लेकर चुनाव आयोग ने 25 फरवरी को अधिसूचना जारी हुई थी। छत्तीसगढ़ की दो सीटों के साथ ही अलग-अलग राज्यों की 55 सीटों के लिए 26 मार्च को मतदान बैलेट पेपर से होगा। इसी दिन परिणामों की घोषणा भी कर दी जाएगी। नामांकन प्रक्रिया 6 मार्च से शुरू हुई थी। छत्तीसगढ़ से राज्यसभा के लिए पांच सीटें हैं। इनमें से दो सीटों पर कार्यकाल अप्रैल में खत्म हो रहा है
