प्रदेश के पंचायत एवं स्वास्थ्य मंत्री टीएस सिंहदेव ने बिलासपुर जिले के आवास मित्रों के लंबित भुगतान को दो सप्ताह के भीतर जमा का आदेश दिया है। पंचायत मंत्री सिंहदेव ने बताया कि आवास मित्रों का भुगतान लंबित होने की जानकारी मिली थी। मामले में जिला पंचायत को सारी प्रक्रिया पूरी करने के साथ आवास मित्रों को दो सप्ताह के अन्दर भुगतान करने का निर्देश दिया गया है। दरअसल, करीब दो सप्ताह पहले सैकड़ों की संख्या में आवास मित्रों ने जिला पंचायत के सामने, अपने लंबित भुगतान को लेकर ज्ञापन सौंपा था। आवास मित्रों ने जिला पंचायत सभापति अंकित गौरहा को बताया कि पिछले दो साल से भुगतान नहीं होने के कारण आवास मित्रों के लिए कोरोना संकट काल में परिवार चलाना मुश्किल हो गया है। यदि अब भी उन्हें राशि का भुगतान नहीं किया गया तो वे उग्र आंदोलन करेंगे। इस दौरान आवास मित्रों ने बताया कि दो साल में वे कई बार आवेदन दे चुके हैं इसके बावजूद आज तक हमें बकाया राशि का भुगतान नहीं किया गया है।
मौके पर मौजूद सभापति अंकित गौरहा ने मामले की जानकारी मंत्री सिंहदेव को दी। मंत्री ने मामले को लेकर जल्द से जल्द निराकरण का आश्वासन भी दिया। अंकित गौरहा ने बताया कि गुरूवार को पंचायत मंत्री के प्रयास से सभी आवास मित्रों को प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना निर्माण के दौरान किए गए कार्यों की लंबित राशि भुगतान किए जाने का आदेश दिया है। जिला पंचायत से भेजे गए प्रतिवेदन को हरी झण्डी दिखायी है।
दो सप्ताह में होगा भुगतान : जिला पंचायत सभा पति अंकित गौरहा ने बताया कि पंचायत मंत्री टीएस सिंहदेव के प्रयास से आवास मित्रों की दो साल से लंबित राशि का भुगतान किया जाएगा। भुगतान कार्य सारी प्रक्रिया के साथ दो सप्ताह के अन्दर पूर्ण हो जाएगा। शासन के पत्र का पूरी तरह से पालन किया जाएगा।
निर्देशों का होगा पालन : प्रक्रिया के साथ राशि का भुगतान प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के जिला पंचायत स्तर पर नोडल अधिकारी आनन्द पाण्डेय ने बताया कि शासन से आवास मित्रों को राशि भुगतान का आदेश पत्र मिल गया है। लम्बित भुगतान को लेकर फाइल भेजी गयी थी। मंत्रालय से आवास मित्रों को जल्द से जल्द लम्बित भुगतान करने को कहा गया है। भुगतान से पहले प्रक्रियाओं को पालन करना होगा।
