भिलाई । शराब की दुकानों को बंद करने के लिए जिलाधिकारी ने आदेश जारी कर दिये हैं। जिलाधिकारी ने साफ निर्देश दिये हैं कि 21 मार्च को मदिरा व भांग की दुकानें शाम पांच बजे तक बंद रहेंगी। ये निर्देश होली पर्व पर शांति व कानून व्यवस्था बनाये रखने को लेकर दिये हैं।
ये दिये आदेश
जिलाधिकारी होली पर्व के अवसर पर शान्ति व्यवस्था बनाये रखने की दृष्टि से संयुक्त प्रान्त आबकारी अधिनियम- 1910 की धारा- 59 के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए आदेशित किया है कि जनपद की समस्त प्रकार की थोक, फुटकर बिक्री मदिरा की दुकानें, सैन्य कैन्टीन भांग की दुकानें, होटल बार तथा रेस्टोरेन्ट बार 21 मार्च, 2019 होली खेले जाने वाले दिवस को शाम पांच बजे तक बंद रहेंगी।
सख्ती के साथ होगा पालन
जिलाधिकारी ने कहा है कि इस आदेश का अनुपालन कड़ाई से सुनिश्चित किया जाए। इस बन्दी के सम्बन्ध में कोई भी प्रतिफल देय नहीं होगा। उन्होंने जनपद के समस्त आबकारी निरीक्षकों को निर्देशित किया है कि इस आदेश का प्रभावी रूप से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करायें। यदि कोई दुकान खुली हुयी पायी गयी तो सम्बन्धित आबकारी निरीक्षक व्यक्तिगत रूप से उत्तरदायी होंगे।
