छत्तीसगढ़ स्टेट पावर कंपनी में कार्यरत संविदा कर्मी शोषण व नियमितीकरण की मांग को लेकर 16 जून को करेंगे एकदिवसीय सांकेतिक काम बंद हड़ताल। छत्तीसगढ़ पावर कंपनी में ज्ञात हो कि महासंघ के माध्यम से संविदा कर्मियों के नियमितीकरण के लिए वर्ष 2019 से पत्राचार एवं शांतिपूर्ण आंदोलन किया जा रहा है |कंपनी प्रबंधन द्वारा पूर्व में दो बार सौहार्दपूर्ण वार्तालाप के माध्यम से नियमितीकरण के लिए आश्वासन महासंघ को दिया गया | किन्तु कंपनी के जेंटलमैन वादे के बाद प्रबंधन के उदासीन रवैए से सभी संविदा कर्मी हड़ताल एवं आक्रोशित है | विद्युत विभाग में कार्यरत संविदा कर्मियों का कार्य अत्यंत जोखिम पूर्ण है जिसमें सदैव दुर्घटना होने की प्रबल संभावनाएं बनी रहती है | वर्ष 2019 से वर्तमान तक सैकड़ों दुर्घटनाएं संविदा कर्मियों के साथ हो चुकी है साथ ही साथ 20 लोगों की दुर्घटना से एवं तीन लोगों का कोरोना से मौत हो चुकी है हाल ही में जगदलपुर के लोहंडीगुड़ा बलौदा बाजार के अर्जुनी में भी घटनाएं हुई है अतः सभी संविदा कर्मियों में रोष व्याप्त है। अत संविदा कर्मियों ने अपनी चुप्पी तोड़ते हुए अन्याय के विरुद्ध आवाज उठाते हुए कार्यपालन अभियंता संचार संधार कार्यपालक निदेशक दुर्ग क्षेत्र एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक दुर्ग को अपना ज्ञापन सौंपा एवं संविदा कर्मियों के साथ हो रहे शोषण को बंद कर संविदा कर्मियों का जल्द से जल्द नियमितीकरण करने की मांग रखी है ज्ञात हो कि प्रतिवर्ष कंपनी के विद्युत लाइनों का लगातार विस्तार किया जा रहा है जिसके रखरखाव में संविदा कर्मियों का विशेष योगदान रहता है इसके अलावा प्रत्येक वर्ष नियमित लाइन कर्मियों की संख्या भी कम होती जा रही है इससे संपूर्ण भाग संविदा कर्मियों के कंधे पर आता जा रहा है | संविदा कर्मचारी कंपनी के कार्य को करने के लिए सदैव तत्पर एवं प्रतिबद्ध होकर हमेशा कार्य करने में तत्पर रहते हैं | पावर कंपनी देश में नए कीर्तिमान स्थापित कर रहा है और कंपनी की वित्तीय स्थिति भी बहुत सही है लेकिन कंपनी प्रबंधन द्वारा अभी तक संविदा कर्मियों के नियमितीकरण की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ नहीं की गई है | जिस कारण पावर कंपनी में कार्यरत करीब 2500 संविदा कर्मी कंपनी के उदासीन रवैया से हताश एवं निराश है।
