पाटन विधानसभा के सबसे बड़े ग्राम सेलूद के बाजार चौक में स्थित तांदुला जल संसाधन विभाग के रेस्ट हाउस का काम काफी धीमी गति से चल रहा है।लगभग एक वर्ष पूर्व इसका काम शुरु हुआ था। लेकिन अभी तक ऊपर का छत ढलाई कार्य चल रहा है । रेस्ट हाउस में कुल पांच कमरा का निर्माण हो रहा है।जिसमे दो नग शौचालय , बरामद दो व दो कमरॉ व एक किचन् बनेगा। सेंट्रल हाल का काम बचा है ।बताया जाता है कि फाल सिलिंग वायरिंग का काम व प्लम्बर का काम भी आधा अधुरा हुआ है । तांदुला संसाधन के रेस्ट हाऊस का निर्माण कार्य बहुत धीमी गति से चल रहा है । अभी तक कार्य पूर्ण हो जाना था लेकिन ठेकेदार द्वारा कार्य धीमी गति से करने के कारण कार्य अभी तक अधुरा है ।खिड़की दरवाजे का कार्य भी अभी तक नहीं हुआ है । पाटन ब्लाक का यह सबसे बड़ा गाँव है ।बड़े अधिकारी व नेताओं का दौरा हमेशा रहता है ।उनके रुकने के लिए यह रेस्ट हाऊस ही एकमात्र स्थान है लेकिन लगभग एक वर्ष बाद भी काम अभी तक आधा अधुरा हुआ है । इस कारण रुकने का स्थान नहीं है ।इसे शीघ्र पुरा किया जाना चाहिए ।बताया जाता है कि इस भवन में पेंटिंग, बिजली काम, ऊपर छत की ढलाई, एक रेस्ट हाउस के बगल में एक रूम व अहाता का भी निर्माण होना है । किसानों के बैठक के लिए किसान सभा भवन की मांग भी किसानों की सुविधा को ध्यान में रखकर किया गया है लेकिन अभी तक इसके लिए कोई पहल नहीं हो रहा है । किसान सभा भवन शासन की ओर से शीघ्र स्वीकृत कर निर्माण कार्य किया जाना चाहिए
