कोरबा। कोयला खनन के लिए दशकों पूर्व भूमि अधिग्रहण में अपनी जमीन खोने वाले भूविस्थापित आज भी मुआवजा और रोजगार की लड़ाई लड़ने के लिए मजबूर है। खेती-किसानी करने वाले किसान भूमिहीन होकर दर-दर भटक रहे हैं, न्याय की गुहार लगा रहे हैं, लेकिन उनके पुनर्वास की चिंता अब न तो एसईसीएल को है और न ही उन्हें सब्जबाग दिखाने वाले राजनेताओं को। चुनाव में हर बार उन्हें आश्वासन दिया जाता है, लेकिन चुनावों के बाद कोई पार्टी, कोई नेता भूविस्थापितों के दुख-दर्द को सुनने नहीं आता।
यही हाल कुसमुंडा खदान के प्रभावित गांव बरकुटा का है। आज से 27 साल पहले वर्ष 1995 में इस गांव की लगभग 300 एकड़ जमीन का अधिग्रहण हुआ था। तब इस अधिग्रहण से 185 लोगों को रोजगार के लिए पात्र पाया गया था इन्हें इस अधिग्रहण के कारण गांव से विस्थापित होना पड़ा। लेकिन एसईसीएल ने न इन परिवारों का कहीं सही तरीके से व्यवस्थापन किया। प्रभावित परिवारों में से 100 से ज्यादा लोग आज भी किसी सम्मानजनक नौकरी की आस में एसईसीएल के दरवाजे पर मत्थे टेक रहे हैं, लेकिन न्याय के नाम पर कहीं कोई सुनवाई नहीं है।
एसईसीएल के इस रवैये से आक्रोशित भूविस्थापितों ने आज लंबित रोजगार की मांग को लेकर सुबह 9 बजे से बरकुटा साइट में ओवर बर्डन (ओबी) के काम को रोक दिया। तीन घंटे तक चले इस आंदोलन से कुसमुंडा क्षेत्र में उत्पादन कार्य काफी प्रभावित हुआ है। भूविस्थापित आंदोलनकारियों के साथ माकपा सचिव प्रशांत झा तथा किसान सभा के नेता जवाहर सिंह कंवर और दीपक साहू,जय कौशिक आदि भी थे। आंदोलनकारियों की मांगों का समर्थन करते हुए उन्होंने खदान के कार्य को ठप्प करने की चेतावनी दी, जिसके बाद एसईसीएल प्रबंधन हरकत में आया। एसईसीएल प्रबंधन की ओर से दिनेश चंद्र कुंडू और के एस चौहान आंदोलनकारियों से बात करने पहुंचे और कल आंदोलनकारियों को बातचीत के लिए कुसमुंडा ऑफिस में बुलाया है।
माकपा और किसान सभा ने भूविस्थापित आंदोलनकारियों की जायज मांगों को शीघ्र पूरा करने की मांग की है। माकपा नेता प्रशांत झा ने कहा कि आंदोलनकारियों के हर कदम पर माकपा और किसान सभा उनके साथ खड़ी रहेगी और पुनर्वास, मुआवजा एवं पुराने प्रकरण लंबित रोजगार की लड़ाई लड़ेगी।
