कोरबा। बलगी कोयला खदान की डि-पिल्लरिंग और भू-धसान के कारण सुराकछार बस्ती के 100 से अधिक किसानों के फसल नुकसान के मुआवजे की फ़ाइल एसडीएम कार्यालय से चलकर एसईसीएल कार्यालय तक पहुंच गई है। एसईसीएल प्रबंधन ने अब माकपा और किसान सभा नेताओं से मुआवजा वितरण के लिए दस और दिनों की मोहलत मांगी है। अब माकपा और किसान सभा ने कल कटघोरा एसडीएम के कार्यालय पर आहूत प्रदर्शन को स्थगित करते हुए मुआवजा वितरण न होने तक हर दूसरे दिन एसईसीएल के सीएमडी का पुतला दहन करने का नया कार्यक्रम घोषित किया है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि डि-पिल्लरिंग और भू-धसान के कारण सुराकछार बस्ती की कृषि भूमि में दरारें इतनी गहरी हो चुकी है कि अब इस जमीन में किसान कोई भी कृषि कार्य नहीं कर पा रहे हैं। इसके एवज में एसईसीएल हर साल किसानों को मुआवजा देता रहा है, लेकिन पिछले चार सालों से उसने इस मुआवजे का भुगतान नहीं किया है। इसका प्रमुख कारण यह सामने आया था कि मुआवजे की फ़ाइल एसडीएम कार्यालय में एक साल से लटकी हुई है और अधिकारी राजस्व मंत्री के निर्देशों का भी पालन करने के लिए तैयार नहीं है। इस स्थिति में प्रभावित किसानों ने माकपा और किसान सभा के नेतृत्व में एसडीएम कार्यालय का घेराव करने की चेतावनी दी थी।
आज एसईसीएल प्रबंधन के निमंत्रण पर प्रभावित किसानों और आंदोलनकारी संगठन के नेताओं की संयुक्त बैठक हुई। बैठक में एसईसीएल की ओर से कोरबा एरिया के एपीएम एन के पटनायक, सुराकछार सब एरिया मैनेजर परिमल मावावाला व रोहित श्रीवास्तव तथा माकपा जिला सचिव प्रशांत झा, छत्तीसगढ़ किसान सभा के जवाहर सिंह कंवर व दीपक साहू तथा प्रभावित किसानों की ओर से महिपाल सिंह कंवर, गणेश राम चौहान आदि शामिल हुए। पूरे मामले में हुई प्रगति का विवरण देते हुए एसईसीएल प्रबंधन ने मुआवजा वितरण के लिए आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने हेतु दस दिनों का समय मांगा था। माकपा नेताओं ने स्पष्ट किया है कि मुआवजा न मिलने तक उनका विरोध जारी रहेगा और हर दूसरे दिन एसईसीएल सीएमडी का पुतला दहन किया जाएगा।
माकपा और किसान सभा नेताओं ने बताया कि इस नए घोषित आंदोलन के तहत अब 29 जुलाई को सुराकछार गेट के सामने एसईसीएल सीएमडी का पुतला दहन किया जाएगा।
